I am excited to announce the official launch of my new vlog series on my YouTube channel. The goal is to bring you along for the ride and show you the true life of a cycling privateer.

It felt good to be back racing on the Aspero-5. Building up since the Swiss National MTB Marathon and Road Race Championships, I wanted to use this Hegau Gravel race to test my legs and see where my form is at right now.

I made a last-minute decision to line up for the Swiss National Road Race Championship. It was a late call, registering right on the spot on race day, but stepping onto that start line felt like my true mental kick-off for the 2026 season.

After traveling for months to race across the globe, I came back from South Korea and had a few easy days at home with family, as part of my mid season break. Then I started riding my mountain bike progressively to familiarize myself with it again before lining up for the Raid Evolenard.

Unbound 200 always delivers a unique story, and this year’s muddy edition was no exception. While it was far from the clean race I had hoped for, I am proud of the resilience I showed to get the best out of a very challenging day.
